How does Soft Tissue Therapy feel?

Soft Tissue Therapy will feel a little sore during and following the treatment session which typically lasts approximately 15 to 30 minutes. The patient will often feel great after several treatments especially as the tight and tense muscle begin to release the scar tissue restrictions. Muscles will feel freer and looser and you will get an immediate sense of increased flexibility. You often get some immediate relief from the pain, especially from problems tendonitis, tennis elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome. As a practitioner, we can often feel the lump of scar tissue or restricted area and we work to loosen the area.
