Fit for Life Wellness & Rehabilitation Centre is a multidisciplinary wellness centre committed to offering excellent patient care. We have a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of providers including Chiropractors, Physiotherapist, Naturopathic Doctor, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturist and Nutritionist. Our team is a cohesive and friendly group of providers and administrative staff and we are always looking for passionate and dedicated people to join our team! Current Career Opportunities

1. Registered Massage Therapist

We are looking to bring on a part-time massage therapist to assist with our BUSY massage schedule at our clinic location. Receive immediate, attractive, consistent and predictable income. Compensation is based on a percentage split. We include administration staff, billing system, online booking, remote schedule access, room, sink in room, music, and a constant flow of patients.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Positive team player and willing to work inter-professionally with other health providers
  • Recommending treatment plans and home care
  • Maintaining accurate client records
  • Maintaining a strong working relationship with your colleagues.
  • Applicants must be registered and a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and have liability insurance.

We have Friday Afternoons and Sunday Afternoon Available. 

2. Physiotherapist

What we are looking for from a Physiotherapy Candidate:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Positive team player and willing to work inter-professionally with other health providers
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Experience working with MVA and WSIB is an asset but not required.
  • Commitment to customer service and inter-professional teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment and health education.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimum patient outcomes.
  • Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records.

3. Volunteers

Yes, we accept a number of volunteers annually. Typically, most of our volunteers are entering/enrolled in University and studying kinesiology or health sciences.  We value students who are able to make a volunteer commitment to certain days and hours throughout the school year or summer months. Many of our practitioners have started as volunteers – come and join the team!
