I have been doing Physiotherapy with Sudeep at Fit for Life Wellness since December 2020 and I have loved my experience. The staff is extremely welcoming and the centre is very clean. Sudeep is extremely knowledgable and has helped my shoulder injury heal while also working on other areas of my body that need some help. Previously, I had tried other clinics and felt that I wasn't being cared for properly, but Sudeep and the team at Fit for Life make sure that they go above and beyond.

I have been going to Fit for Life Wellness and Rehab Centre for 2 years and been seeing Sudeep Deshpande. He is great at everything he does. He has helped me with mobility and relieving the tension and pain in my muscles, and in particular to personal injury I had sustained. He is knowledgeable, and very professional. In fact, the entire staff is wonderful to deal with. they have state of the art equipment and are very serious about safety and protocols, especially during these tough times. I would recommend Sudeep and the clinic to anyone seeking help with their overall wellness.
