As a Graduate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Sabrina is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a passion to help individuals achieve optimal health through food, nutrition and a balanced lifestyle. She is also a member, in good standing with the CSNN Alumni Association.
Holistic nutrition focuses on a natural approach to a healthy diet and considers the individual as a whole, including all aspects of their lifestyle. A holistic approach to proper nutrition encourages education on basic nutrition to develop a holistic diet that incorporates natural and organic foods, supplements and food treatments for chronic health conditions. Mainstream medicine does not emphasize the significance of poor nutrition as a major cause of a wide range of health disorders. Although most people are aware of the benefits of sound nutrition, the range of conflicting information available to the consumer is often confusing. As a Holistic Nutritionist, Sabrina will guide you through the maze of information from books, magazines, supplements and diets on the market. She will work with you to identify and help correct the nutritional causes of diseases and design personalized diet and lifestyle programs that optimize your health.
Whether you are looking to deal with a particular health condition, lose weight or just optimize your health, Sabrina can help you discover the best plan that works for your life and body.
